Sustainability Series: December Potluck & Movie Night
Join us for our Community Potluck & Movie Night - part of our Sustainability Series. This month is fun for the whole family as we enjoy this 2008 animated romanticscience fiction film.
The film follows a solitary robot named WALL-E on a future, uninhabitable, deserted Earth in 2805, left to clean up garbage and find proof that life is once again sustainable.

Join South Shore Permaculture and First Parish of Norwell’s Climate Justice Team for community connection, education, and discovery over a shared meal and movie.
Bring your favorite dish to share with the group. We’ll break bread together at our communal table then gather to watch the movie.
We ask for a $5 event fee to go towards the hall rental and additional expenses.

Each month, we offer either a potluck & movie night or book club meeting where we delve into film and literature that explores the foundations of sustainability, hope & resilience, community, food & culture, justice, and possibility. We hope you can join us at one of our gatherings.
