Refund Policy
General Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to one week before a workshop, course or event begins, minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you choose to request a refund, 100% of your payment may be applied toward a different workshop, course, or event.
If South Shore Permaculture must cancel an event, all payments will be refunded.
PDC Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to one week before the PDC begins, minus a 10% administrative fee.
From one week before the PDC begins through the 4th class, you may receive a refund of up to 50%.
No refunds will be issued after the 4th class begins.
If you choose to request a refund, 100% of your payment may be applied toward a different workshop, course, or event.
Payment Plan Policy
Payment plans are offered through the third-party platform Afterpay and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Any issues or questions regarding payment plans should be directed to Afterpay directly.
