Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available up to one week before a workshop, course or event begins, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • If you choose to request a refund, 100% of your payment may be applied toward a different workshop, course, or event.

  • If South Shore Permaculture must cancel an event, all payments will be refunded.

PDC Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available up to one week before the PDC begins, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • From one week before the PDC begins through the 4th class, you may receive a refund of up to 50%.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 4th class begins.

  • If you choose to request a refund, 100% of your payment may be applied toward a different workshop, course, or event.

Payment Plan Policy

  • Payment plans are offered through the third-party platform Afterpay and are subject to their terms and conditions.

  • Any issues or questions regarding payment plans should be directed to Afterpay directly.
