[perma: short for permaculture] + [blitz: a sudden, energetic, and concerted effort, typically on a specific task]

A permablitz is a fun, hands-on gathering where community members participate in a local permaculture project. It’s usually a family-friendly event with food and socializing.  It’s a chance to learn, share skills, and connect with like-minded folks—everyone receives something of value at a permablitz!

These events require two groups of people—the host and the volunteers. We’re compiling a list to organize future permablitzes. You can choose how you'd like to participate by selecting a host, volunteer, or both. We’ll send you an invitation whenever there's a local project, and you can choose whether or not you’d like to participate.

Please fill out the form below to be added to our permablitz mailing list. If you have a specific permaculture project in mind and would like to host it, please mention that on the form. Whether you’re a gardening newbie or a seasoned permie, we’d love to have you join us!
